Pricing Analyst (Fleet & Vehicle Leasing)Join Our TeamWe are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Pricing Analyst to support our growing vehicle leasing and mobility business in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in the automotive, fleet leasing, car rental, mobility, or vehicle distribution industry who understands market pricing trends and vehicle valuation across multiple vehicle segments.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing competitive pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, evaluating vehicle costs, and supporting business profitability across a diverse fleet portfolio, including vehicles manufactured in China, Japan, Korea, Europe, and other global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis within the vehicle leasing, rental, and mobility sectors.Monitor vehicle pricing trends, depreciation patterns, residual values, and market demand.Develop and maintain pricing models for fleet leasing products and services.Analyze the total cost of ownership (TCO) for different vehicle types and brands.Evaluate new vehicle introductions and recommend pricing strategies based on market competitiveness.Monitor competitor offerings, promotions, fleet composition, and pricing structures.Prepare regular pricing reports, market intelligence reports, and business insights for management.Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Procurement, Fleet Operations, and Finance teams.Support contract pricing, tender submissions, and strategic business decisions.Identify opportunities to optimize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Automotive Management, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years' experience in:Vehicle LeasingAutomotive PricingVehicle DistributionMobility SolutionsStrong understanding of the UAE automotive market and leasing industry.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.Ability to convert market data into actionable pricing recommendations.Experience with direct competitor organizations in the UAE market will be highly advantageous.What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly analytical, and passionate about the automotive industry.
