Pricing and Listing Specialist

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst who can transform market insights into smart pricing decisions and maximize the performance of our growing portfolio of rental houses and apartments in the UAE.The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor pricing, and developing revenue strategies to improve occupancy, profitability, and overall portfolio performance.What you will do:✓ Develop and implement pricing strategies for holiday homes, apartments, and rental properties✓ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing opportunities✓ Monitor Airbnb, Booking.com, and other short-term rental platforms✓ Analyze occupancy, ADR, revenue trends, and booking patterns✓ Recommend pricing adjustments based on demand, seasonality, events, and market conditions✓ Prepare revenue reports, pricing recommendations, and performance insights✓ Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to optimize property performanceWhat we are looking for:✓ 2–4 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Holiday Homes, Hospitality, or Real Estate✓ Strong understanding of the UAE rental and short-term accommodation market✓ Experience analyzing competitor rates and market performance✓ Advanced Excel and data analysis skills✓ Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail✓ Experience with PMS, RMS, Airbnb, Booking.com, or OTA platforms is an advantageCandidates from the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply:• Hotel Revenue Management• Hospitality Groups• Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rental Companies• Real Estate & Property Management• Serviced Apartments• Revenue Optimization RolesIf you are passionate about revenue strategy, market analysis, and using data to drive business decisions, we would love to hear from you.📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
