The company offers consultation on import and export processes and supports all types of business registration services, focusing on reliable, action-driven customer service.Role Description The Pricing and Operations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for managing freight pricing and day-to-day operational activities. This role includes preparing and reviewing quotations for air and sea freight, coordinating with carriers and agents, and ensuring cost-effective and competitive rates. The officer will oversee shipment execution, monitor customs clearance progress, and liaise with internal teams and clients to maintain service quality and timely delivery. Additional responsibilities include tracking operational performance, supporting billing and cost analysis, updating pricing databases, and assisting in process improvements within freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Finance skills to manage pricing, cost calculations, margin analysis, and freight rate comparisons.Candidates should possess solid Operations Management skills to coordinate shipments, monitor logistics workflows, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams and to resolve operational issues effectively.Relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Excel and basic business software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and pricing records.
