Pricing & Logistics CoordinatorAbout the RoleOcean Gate is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pricing & Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and fulfillment operations across the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating logistics solutions, supporting customer inquiries, and facilitating communication between clients, sales teams, and operational departments.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, fulfillment, e-commerce, or supply chain operations who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate pricing quotations for fulfillment, storage, transportation, and shipping services.Coordinate with carriers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to obtain competitive rates and service options.Support the Sales team by providing timely pricing proposals and logistics solutions.Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable fulfillment and distribution services.Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets, and service information.Work closely with Operations to ensure pricing accuracy and service feasibility.Monitor market trends, shipping costs, and competitor pricing.Assist in the preparation of customer proposals, service agreements, and commercial documentation.Track quotation requests and support follow-up activities to maximize conversion opportunities.Ensure accurate CRM and operational system updates.Coordinate customer onboarding activities and implementation requirements.Prepare regular reports on pricing activities, quotations, and business performance metrics.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, fulfillment, e-commerce, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain operations.Experience in pricing, quotations, sales support, customer service, or logistics coordination is highly desirable.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Experience with CRM, ERP, or logistics management systems is an advantage.Required SkillsPricing and cost analysisLogistics and supply chain coordinationCustomer service and relationship managementCommercial awareness and negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across departmentsTime management and multitasking abilitiesLanguage RequirementsProfessional proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders across the GCC region in both languages.What We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer growth and development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentExposure to regional and international logistics operationsOpportunities to contribute to a growing organizationEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Logistics, Supply Chain & Fulfillment ServicesLocation: Sharjah
