Job Title: Pricing (Import & Export) - Deputy Manager/ Manager/ AMLocation: - MumbaiReporting Manager: Department: PricingEducation Required: Graduate/ MBAExperience in years: 3 – 9 yrsNos of Opening: - 1Position Description: -Collect the rate sheet of shipping line & Airline for every month and circulate the same internally to internal departments.Preparation for Monthly RFQ, BID RFQ and quotes for corporate customer.Checking inquiries which are received from Salesperson / Customer/ Overseas office for their requirements and providing quotes with margin as directed.Correspond through mails & calls with Shipping Line/ Airline & with clients.Updating of rates in cargo wise system.prepared quotes in Cargo wise system and send to clients.Negotiate with Shipping line, Airline for rates.Co-ordination with respective department for smooth handling for shipment.Follow up with sales representative/clients for feedback of quoted rates.Co-ordinate with shipping line/Airline and resolve the issues.Fixing appointments of client’s and carriers if required.Attending meetings with Co-loader / shipping line / NVOCC/ Airline.Need to do Follow up work in absence of Sales person.Reporting of Work to HOD / Directors.Prepare MIS Reports.
