About the OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised freight forwarding and logistics company with a strong and growing aerospace division. With over 50 years of experience in international logistics and a presence in more than 80 offices worldwide, our client is known for delivering tailored, high-quality solutions to some of the world's most demanding industries.As the business continues to expand its aerospace and aviation logistics offering across the Americas, they are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Pricing Manager to join their Miami team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key commercial role within a specialist aerospace air freight environment, working closely with the Head of Aerospace Logistics.The RoleReporting directly to the Head of Aerospace Logistics, the Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing competitive pricing strategies for air freight solutions within the aerospace and aviation sector. You will work closely with the commercial, operations and sales teams to ensure pricing is accurate, profitable and aligned with market conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage competitive air freight pricing strategies tailored to the aerospace and aviation sectorPrepare accurate and timely quotations for air freight shipments including charter, time critical and AOG solutionsLiaise with airlines, carriers and agents to procure competitive buying rates and capacityWork closely with the sales and business development teams to support RFQ responses and tender submissionsAnalyse market trends, competitor pricing and rate fluctuations to ensure commercial competitivenessMaintain and update pricing tools, rate databases and CRM systems with accurate and current dataCollaborate with operations teams to ensure pricing reflects operational costs and service requirementsSupport the Head of Aerospace Logistics with commercial reporting, margin analysis and profitability trackingBuild and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, ground handlers and key vendorsEnsure all pricing activity complies with internal commercial policies and industry regulationsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in air freight pricing, ideally within an aerospace or aviation logistics environmentStrong understanding of air freight products, airline rate structures, surcharges and capacity managementKnowledge of the aerospace logistics market including AOG, time critical, charter and MRO freightExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercially sound pricing decisionsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skills — accuracy is critical in this roleConfident communicator who can liaise effectively with airlines, agents, clients and internal teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM or pricing systemsA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesFluent in English — additional languages beneficial, particularly Spanish given the Miami marketReporting StructureReports directly to: Head of Aerospace LogisticsWorks closely with: Commercial, Sales, Business Development and Operations teamsWhat's on OfferA key commercial role within a globally recognised and rapidly growing aerospace logistics divisionThe opportunity to work in a specialist, high-value niche within air freight logisticsA collaborative, international team culture with a strong focus on employee developmentCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageLong-term career development opportunities within a stable, privately owned global organisationA company with over 50 years of history, financial stability and a unique ownership structure that prioritises long-term growth over short-term profitPlease note: Applicants must have valid work authorisation in the United States.
