Pricing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join a company based in Sharjah.The role will lead pricing strategy, profitability, commercial analytics and price optimisation across B2B and B2C channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute pricing strategies across products, segments and marketsConduct competitor pricing, market analysis and price elasticity studiesAnalyse margins, price realization and price-volume-mixDevelop pricing models, tools and pricing policiesPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement & Supply ChainLead pricing negotiations with key customers and distributorsMonitor raw material, packaging and COGS impact on pricingIdentify opportunities to improve margins and profitabilityDrive pricing process improvements and best practicesLead and mentor a Pricing AnalystRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related fieldProven experience in Pricing Management / Pricing StrategyStrong B2B pricing experience, preferably across multiple sectorsExperience in lubricants is a MUST.Strong knowledge of cost-based, value-based, competitive and bundled pricingStrong understanding of margin, profitability, COGS and PVM analysisExcellent analytical and Excel skillsStrong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skillsStrategic and commercially minded with strong decision-making abilitiesAbility to influence cross-functional teams and lead through informal authorityExperience with pricing tools/software and e-commerce pricing is an advantage.
