About the RoleOur client, a leading organization in Pharmaceutical, is seeking a Pricing Specialist – Analytics Automation (Contractor 4-6 Months) to join their team. Reports to the Pricing & Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, collaboration, and strong Advanced Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Query, Automation (Copilot, automation platforms, ML basics), Data Analysis, Pricing Strategy skills that align successfully with the organization's needs.About the RequirementsDevelop and maintain dynamic pricing models that incorporate market, cost, and competitive data.Automate pricing analytics workflows using Power Query, Python scripts, and Copilot to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.Create interactive Power BI dashboards that provide real‑time insights to pricing and sales teams.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, R&D) to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure reliable pricing outputs.Document analytical processes, model assumptions, and automation scripts for auditability and knowledge transfer.About YouBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Power BI Certification) are a plus.Demonstrated experience delivering pricing or analytics projects on a contractual or temporary basis.Job Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
