We connect merchants with licensed delivery operators through one platform: a direct technical integration, a prepaid account, transparent pricing, and a service level that is agreed upfront and reported every month. We own no fleet and employ no drivers. We start in Riyadh.The roleYou will own how SHIFTER makes money: the products and packages we sell to merchants and delivery operators, the rate card behind them, and the margin on every order. You report to the CEO and work daily with sales, operations and finance.What you will doOwn the merchant and operator rate cards, including distance bands, extra-kilometre fees and operator payouts, and model the margin impact of every change before it is proposed.Design and maintain SHIFTER's packages per merchant segment (restaurants, health and beauty, retail and e-commerce, B2B) with clear inclusions and limits.Approve or reject every non-standard discount or commercial offer from sales against a written pricing policy; no off-policy deal is signed without your review.Build and run the unit-economics model: revenue, operator cost, payment fees and contribution margin per order, per zone and per account.Track price realisation, margin, win/loss and churn by package every month and recommend changes with numbers.Benchmark competitor delivery pricing in Riyadh every quarter and brief management on threats and opportunities.Work with product and technology to make pricing rules configurable in the platform and auditable.What you bring5+ years in pricing, revenue management, commercial finance or monetisation, with at least 3 years in delivery, logistics, ride-hailing, marketplaces or B2B SaaS.You have owned a live rate card or pricing model and can show the margin result of a change you led.Expert Excel and financial modelling (scenario and sensitivity models built from scratch); SQL or BI tools are a strong plus.Strong commercial judgement: you can say no to sales with data and keep the relationship.Fluent English and Arabic, with clear written recommendations for senior management.Based in Riyadh.What we offerCompetitive base salary plus performance-linked incentives.A founding role with direct impact on the company's growth and a clear path to leadership.Medical insurance and benefits in line with Saudi Labour Law.A professional culture built on numbers, transparency and ownership.How to applyApply with your CV and a short note on one pricing or packaging change you led: what you changed, why, and the effect on margin or volume in numbers.
