The Pricing Specialist will research and analyze freight costs, develop pricing strategies, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure competitive pricing for client quotations. This role involves close collaboration with the freight forwarding and customer service teams to provide optimal pricing solutions. The specialist will monitor pricing trends and market conditions to support decision-making and maintain pricing competitiveness.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in Sea / Air Freight pricing in a Freight Forwarding CompanySound knowledge of Freight Operations by Sea & Air Import & ExportHands-on experience and knowledge in Freight ForwardingBackground in Import & Export and Forwarding processesExcellent analytical skills for price evaluation and market trendsTarget and result-oriented personalityStrong teamwork and coordination skillsCustomer service-oriented with strong responsiveness and problem-solving abilityBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages will be an advantageSkills RequiredHighly Ethical & DisciplanedNegotiation and vendor managementStrong communication and coordination skillsTime management and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and freight management systemsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
