Responsibilities

Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination resultsMaintain complete and accurate medical recordsProvide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient carePrescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plansCollect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports and examination resultsMaintain complete and accurate medical recordsParticipate in medical staff educational programs and meetingsPerforming other duties, as needed

M.D. / D.O.Board Eligible / Certified Family or Internal Medicine
