Team members join a technology-enabled clinical environment that supports efficient workflows and collaborative care delivery.Role Description The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population, including routine checkups, chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute illness evaluation. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing evidence-based treatment plans, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals to specialists. The physician will document all encounters in the EHR system, collaborate with nursing and allied health teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Skillman, NJ, requiring consistent in-person patient care and engagement with the local clinical team.Qualifications Medical expertise in primary care, including adult and adolescent medicine, preventive care, and chronic disease management.Clinical skills in history-taking, physical examination, diagnostic evaluation, and evidence-based treatment planning.Proficiency with electronic health records, e-prescribing, and technology-enabled care delivery.Strong communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills to support collaborative, patient-centered care.Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and contribute to process and quality improvement.Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.Unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain) and current DEA registration.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.Experience in urgent care or technology-enabled healthcare settings is a plus.
