Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an accredited university with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree. Completion of an accredited residency program.Licensure:Active and unrestricted medical licensure in Ohio.Federal DEA license.Certification: Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality outpatient care by assessing needs, performing exams, ordering tests, diagnosing, and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, including controlled substances and hormone therapy.Educate patients on Transgender Health, HIV, primary care, and medication adherence, with culturally competent care focused on the LGBTQ community.Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team to develop coordinated treatment plans and assist with clinic policies, protocols, quality improvement, and program monitoring.Work with administrative staff and the Medical Director to implement innovative care approaches and meet accrediting standards.Develop strong relationships with community providers, referral sources, and affiliated hospitals.Stay current on LGBTQ health, primary care, and HIV/AIDS through ongoing education.Participate in quality efforts to improve patient outcomes and act as a collaborating physician for APPs.Demonstrate exceptional customer service, unconditional positive regard, cultural competency, and humility in all interactions.Perform other medical center and pharmacy-related duties as assigned.Greenlife Healthcare Staffing - Empowering Healthcare Professionals, Enriching Lives
