Location: Philadelphia, PAPosition SummaryPrimary Care- Cottman, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Philadelphia market.This opportunity offers a 100% outpatient setting, strong clinical support, and the ability to build a patient panel within a mission-driven, community-focused health system.Practice Highlights· Established, high-demand primary care practice· Immediate patient volume available· 100% outpatient – no inpatient responsibilities· Team-based care model (APP, support staff)· Integrated Epic EMR· Strong referral network within Trinity Health Mid-AtlanticQualifications· MD or DO from an accredited institution· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine· Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure· Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered careRole Responsibilities· Provide comprehensive primary care for patients· Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions· Emphasize preventive care and population health management· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes· Maintain timely and accurate documentation· Participate in quality and performance improvement initiativesSchedule & Call· Full-time outpatient schedule (34 patient-facing hours)· Flexible scheduling options available· Minimal call responsibilities (1:6 call schedule), phone-onlyBenefits· Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance· Malpractice coverage with tail· Generous PTO + CME allowance· Retirement plan with employer contributionAbout Trinity Health Mid-AtlanticTrinity Health Mid-Atlantic is part of Trinity Health, one of the largest Catholic health systems in the United States.
