Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patientsPerform patient evaluations, physical examinations, and ongoing follow-up careDiagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditionsOrder, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory resultsDocument patient encounters accurately and maintain timely clinical records in EPICQualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineCurrent unrestricted New York State medical licenseActive DEA registrationActive Medicaid enrollmentBLS certificationProficiency with EPIC and timely clinical documentationDesired Skills:Primary Care experienceBackground in Family MedicineExperience in a fast-paced outpatient settingExperience managing patient volume efficiently
