This is an opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered medicine in a setting designed to support both clinical excellence and provider satisfaction.In this role, you will care for a primarily Medicare Advantage population within a value-based care model that prioritizes outcomes over volume. Physicians typically see 14 to 16 patients per day, allowing for more meaningful patient interactions and a focus on whole-person care. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to address each patient’s physical, behavioral, and social health needs.
