The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge primary curriculum, focusing on conceptual understanding and skill development. Daily responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining detailed records, and using varied teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs. The teacher will manage classroom routines, promote positive behavior, and create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment. Additional duties include collaborating with colleagues, participating in school events and professional development, communicating regularly with parents and guardians, and contributing to co-curricular and enrichment activities that support holistic growth.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with prior experience in Cambridge curriculum at the primary level.Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Education skills, including lesson planning, assessment design, and alignment with Cambridge standards.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, families, and colleagues.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.Experience in international or Cambridge schools and familiarity with inquiry-based and learner-centered pedagogy is highly beneficial.Ability to use educational technology, maintain classroom discipline, and support holistic development through co-curricular activities.Strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to continuous professional growth and student well-being.
