Primary teacher

Role Description The Primary Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The primary teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, create engaging learning activities, and manage classroom routines to support student development. Daily responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing feedback, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum implementation. The teacher will communicate regularly with parents or guardians, participate in staff meetings and professional development, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.QualificationsStrong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education to effectively support primary-aged learners.Experience with Curriculum Development to design and adapt lesson plans and learning materials.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.Solid foundation in Education, supported by a relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education or a related field.Previous experience in an international or multicultural school environment is an advantage.Ability to create inclusive, student-centered classrooms that promote wellbeing and academic growth.Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and adapt to school policies and practices.
