Principal Advisor – Industrial Manufacturing transformation Help manufacturing companies turn technology into competitiveness We are strengthening our advisory team across the Nordics and are looking for a senior advisor who can help manufacturing companies navigate ERP transformation, application modernisation and the broader technology choices behind business transformation. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines and produce strategy decks. We are looking for someone with the experience to advise a CIO, COO or business executive on where technology can create value, the judgement to shape a realistic transformation programme, and the practical ability to help move it from idea to execution. You will become one of our senior solution-area experts within Euvic Nordic. The role Your time will be split approximately 50/50 between client assignments and building our position in the market. With clients, you may help answer questions such as: Where should we modernise, and where should we leave things alone? How should ERP transformation support the broader business strategy? How do we break a large transformation into sensible initiatives and programmes? What should the target architecture and application landscape look like? How do we create a credible roadmap, business case and execution model? Which capabilities should be owned internally, and where should partners be used? Internally, you will help us build the next generation of our offering within manufacturing, ERP and application modernisation. That means identifying opportunities, working alongside our sales teams, shaping client propositions, scoping engagements and connecting the right expertise from across Euvic's broader organisation. You will not be expected to know everything yourself. Euvic has thousands of engineers and specialists across Europe. Part of your value will be knowing what expertise is needed, where to find it, and how to bring it together into a coherent solution for the client. We think you have Around 15 years or more of experience from technology, consulting and business transformation. Ideally, you have worked both inside an industrial or manufacturing company and as a consultant. That combination matters to us: we want someone who understands what transformation feels like from the client's side, but also knows how to structure an engagement, create a compelling story and coordinate specialists around a problem. You have probably worked in roles such as transformation manager, program manager, enterprise architect or similar. You enjoy acting as the link between business, IT, product, data and executive management. You excel in explaining complex matters to senior executives. You should have: broad experience of ERP transformation and application modernization externsive experience in leading large-scale business transformation programmes track record of delivering enterprise wide ERP and business systems strong skills in defining measurable business improvements and KPI’s as outcomes of technology improvements solid understanding of change management and experience in guiding organizations in the adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working excellent skills in preparing decision basis for senior executives strong understanding of manufacturing businesses and their processes experience shaping initiatives, programmes, roadmaps and business cases credibility working directly with CIOs, CTOs, COOs and other senior business leaders enough technology depth to challenge assumptions and distinguish a sensible solution from an impressive-looking one experience facilitating senior discussions and turning ambiguity into clear choices commercial instinct and the willingness to originate opportunities, not only respond to them experience coordinating internal specialists, external partners and client teams Master of Science in Engineering or similar Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS or Infor is a strong advantage, but deep product specialisation is not a requirement. What kind of person succeeds here?  We believe in clear expectations and a high degree of self-leadership.At this level, you should not need someone else to define every next step. You are expected to understand what good looks like, be transparent about progress, recognise when something is not working and adjust. That requires a particular combination of characteristics. You need enough experience and confidence to challenge a CIO, COO or management team when you believe they are heading in the wrong direction. At the same time, you need enough humility to listen, change your own view and bring in someone who knows more than you do. You are proactive, rather than reactive. You create opportunities instead of waiting for them to arrive. You share what you know, involve others early and take responsibility for the outcome rather than protecting the boundaries of your own role. We also expect you to move comfortably between strategy and execution. You may spend one part of the day discussing a transformation roadmap with a client executive team and another working through a scope, reviewing a proposal, preparing a workshop or coordinating specialists from across Euvic. We believe in people, not titles. Seniority gives you more responsibility, not permission to become detached from the work. For us, this is an important part of being Good People: humble, curious and ambitious people who care about both the quality of their own work and the success of the people around them. Why Euvic Nordic? Euvic is a proactive technology partner in our clients' digital journeys. Our ambition is to understand their business goals and then bring together the technology, people and execution capability required to help achieve them. Across the Euvic Group, we are more than 6,000 people, with capabilities spanning software engineering, ERP, cloud, data, AI and digital transformation. Our competence and growth have been recognised by organisations including Gartner, Forbes and EY, and we work with many of the strongest brands across Sweden, the Nordics and Europe. Euvic Nordic gives you something more specific. You join an organization that is still entrepreneurial enough for an individual to make a visible difference. Decisions are close, senior people stay close to clients, and you will have substantial influence over the offerings, client relationships and capabilities we build next. At the same time, you have a much larger organisation behind you. We sometimes describe it as operating a speedboat with a large ship behind it. You get the pace, autonomy, and proximity of a smaller company, while being able to access thousands of engineers and specialists when a client challenge requires it. For a Principal Advisor, that creates significant leverage. You do not need to be the deepest expert in every technology. You need to understand the client's problem, shape the right approach, and know how to mobilize the expertise required to solve it. We also care about clarity. We want you to know what strong performance means, understand how you are progressing, and have the freedom to improve how you work without unnecessary control. Data and transparency should support better decisions and development, not bureaucracy. Euvic Nordic is growing, and much of what we will become over the coming years is still being built. For the right person, that means more than joining an established consulting organisation. It means having a meaningful role in shaping one.
