Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $180,000Visa Sponsorship: USC/GC OnlyTravel: Up to 20% / approximately twice per monthAbout the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and client-facing Principal AI Advisor to help organizations define and accelerate their Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI journeys.This role combines executive advisory, growth leadership, and Data & AI expertise.

You will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to develop AI strategies, lead advisory engagements, define AI offerings, and shape large-scale transformation opportunities.The ideal candidate combines executive presence, strong consulting skills, industry expertise, and sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with architects and delivery teams while influencing strategic business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Advisory & Client EngagementLead executive workshops focused on AI strategy, business value, and transformation.Develop and present thought leadership, points of view (POVs), and industry-specific AI perspectives.Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities.Develop advisory frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets.Act as a trusted advisor throughout AI transformation initiatives.AI-Led Growth & Opportunity DevelopmentShape large, strategic Data & AI programs from vision through proposal development.Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and executive narratives for AI investments.Influence revenue growth through advisory-led engagements and opportunity creation.Define and evolve market-relevant AI offerings and solution plays.Technology & Solution AdvisoryChallenge assumptions and validate solution approaches with customer and internal architects.Ask the right business, data, process, and technology questions to uncover opportunities and risks.Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.Bridge strategy, architecture, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.Required Experience & Qualifications15+ years of experience in Consulting, Advisory, Strategy, Data & AI, or Technology Leadership roles.Proven track record leading executive-level business and technology engagements.Experience shaping and influencing multi-million-dollar Data & AI opportunities and programs.Sufficient technical depth to engage with architects, challenge assumptions, and validate solution approaches.Experience with modern Data and AI ecosystems such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of industry business processes, transformation priorities, data landscapes, and AI-driven value creation opportunities.Strong executive presence, consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.Success in This RoleThis is not a delivery leadership role.
