Our culture emphasizes innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.About the RoleWe are building next-generation enterprise AI platforms focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, and intelligent automation.You will own the enterprise AI charter for Fortune 500 clients – defining reference architectures, accelerators, and governance standards that will be reused across multiple engagements.We are looking for a Principal AI Architect who can operate at the intersection of business, enterprise architecture, software engineering, data, and cloud to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions. You will guide solutions from concept → prototype → production → enterprise scale and lead a pod of 3-5 AI architects and engineers.What You’ll DoDefine and lead enterprise architecture for GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI/ML platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP.Architect and guide implementation of AI Agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG, and intelligent automation solutions.Build enterprise AI integrations using MCP, tool calling, and enterprise APIs.Hands-on development with Python, FastAPI / REST APIs and cloud-native microservices when required.Establish MLOps / LLMOps practices including model lifecycle, evaluation, monitoring, observability, and productionization.Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, responsible AI, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.Lead client discovery, architecture workshops, and technical presentations with senior stakeholders.Create reusable reference architectures, frameworks, and accelerators.Mentor architects, engineers, and AI/ML teams and drive engineering best practices.What We’re Looking For – Must-Have16-18 years in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, Data & AI Platforms, or Enterprise Architecture.Proven expertise designing and delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI/ML solutions.Strong hands-on knowledge of AI Agents, Agentic workflows, RAG, LLMs, vector search, embeddings, prompt/context engineering, and AI orchestration.Mandatory production experience in MLOps / LLMOps.Strong multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, and Vertex AI.Strong Python, FastAPI / REST APIs, cloud-native PaaS, microservices, and distributed architectures.Strong understanding of AI security, governance, responsible AI, and enterprise architecture.Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong PlusesDatabricks Stack: Databricks Lakehouse, MLflow, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Vector SearchFrameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AWS Bedrock AgentsData & Cloud: PySpark, Data Engineering, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CDAI evaluation & observability platformsAWS / Azure / GCP certificationsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.Engagement DetailsLocation: Remote with Boston travel as requiredDuration: Long-term ContractEngagement Type: W2 / C2C - Competitive market rate
