🚨 URGENT HIRING – Top-Tier Management Consulting Firm | Principal / Associate Partner | AI & Digital Transformation (TMT & Government) | UAE / KSAI'm currently partnering with a Top-Tier Management Consulting Firm to hire an experienced Principal / Associate Partner – AI & Digital Transformation to join their growing Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT) & Government Practice in the Middle East.This is a unique opportunity for a senior consulting leader to shape and deliver large-scale AI and digital transformation programmes for leading telecom operators and government organisations, while playing a key role in growing one of the firm's fastest-expanding practices.📌 Role Details👤 Level: Principal/ Associate Partner🌍 Region: Middle East - UAE / KSA🏢 Firm: Top-Tier Management Consulting Firm🔍 We're Looking ForWe're keen to speak with senior consulting leaders who have:✔ Current experience with MBB or other leading strategy & management consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Monitor Deloitte, etc.)✔ 10+ years of consulting and transformation experience, including leading large-scale AI and digital transformation engagements✔ Deep Public sector or telecommunications (TMT) expertise with experience working across commercial, customer, network, technology, data, or digital functions✔ Proven experience advising C-suite executives on AI strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, and business value realisation✔ Strong track record of leading complex transformation programmes from strategy through implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes✔ Experience managing senior client relationships, leading high-performing consulting teams, and driving business development✔ Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, AI Governance, Product Ownership, and Agile Delivery🌍 International candidates are encouraged to apply.
