We are looking for experienced, dynamic, and passionate Principals to lead our schools and drive academic excellence.Please Note: The selected candidate may be posted at any of our CBSE schools across Karnataka based on organizational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the school.Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and compliance with CBSE norms.Drive academic excellence and improve student learning outcomes.Lead, mentor, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff.Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.Strengthen parent and community engagement.Oversee school operations, admissions, budgeting, and resource management.Work closely with the management team to achieve organizational goals.EligibilityMaster's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or in a similar leadership role in a CBSE school.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum, school administration, and academic planning.Proficiency in English and computer applications.Willingness to relocate anywhere within Karnataka, if required.
