Career College (Autonomous), Bhopal, a NAAC Accredited A+ Grade institution of higher education, invites applications from distinguished, dynamic and academically accomplished for the position of:PRINCIPALThe College seeks an eminent academic leader with demonstrated experience in academic administration, institutional development, quality assurance, research, accreditation and implementation of contemporary higher education reforms.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEThe candidate shall fulfil the qualifications and experience prescribed under the applicable UGC Regulations and University/State Government norms.·         Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.·         Ph.D. in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.·         A minimum of 15 years of teaching/research/academic/administrative experience in Universities, Colleges including experience at the level of Professor/Associate Professor or equivalent, as applicable under prevailing norms.·         A distinguished academic record and demonstrated capability in academic and institutional leadership.·         Evidence of quality research, publications and academic contributions.DESIRABLE / PREFERRED PROFILEPreference may be given to candidates having:·         Proven experience as Principal/Professor/Associate Professor or in an equivalent senior academic/administrative position.·         Strong experience in academic leadership, institutional governance and strategic planning.·         Demonstrated understanding and implementation of NEP 2020, Outcome Based Education (OBE), multidisciplinary education and other higher education reforms.·         Proven leadership in IQAC, NAAC, NIRF, NBA and other accreditation, ranking and quality-assurance initiatives, as applicable.·         Strong research profile with quality publications, research guidance, funded research/projects and academic collaborations.·         Experience in curriculum development, faculty development, examination reforms and student-centric education.·         Ability to lead faculty and staff and foster a culture of academic excellence, research, innovation and continuous quality improvement.·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making and leadership skills.·         Experience in strengthening industry linkages, placements, internships, collaborations and employability initiatives.·         Proven experience in dealing with Regulatory Authorities such as UGC, MP Higher Education, AICTE, DTE, AFRC, BIRAC, EdCIL etc.AGEPreferably 55–60 years, subject to the applicable rules and regulations.APPLICATIONEligible candidates may submit their detailed Curriculum Vitae along with supporting documents relating to educational qualifications, experience, research publications and other academic credentials within 10 days to director@careercollegeindia.com.
