They are hiring a Senior Compiler Engineer to work at the lowest levels of that stack.This is a hands on, high ownership role with direct influence over architecture and performance decisions across the toolchain.What you'll drive:Design and implementation of compiler backends targeting custom accelerator hardwareCode generation, instruction selection, scheduling, and register allocationRuntime and ML software stack work that sits alongside the compilerLow level performance optimisation across execution, memory movement, and parallelismBenchmarking and profiling to close gaps against hand tuned baselinesAutomated and tooling driven approaches to compiler and performance optimisationWhat we're looking for:8+ years in compiler engineering, ideally with LLVM and/or MLIRDeep hardware knowledge alongside the compiler backgroundExperience writing or optimising GPU or accelerator kernelsWorking knowledge of runtimes and the broader ML software stackStrong C++ and Python, with solid computer architecture fundamentalsTrack record in high performance compute and low level optimisationMS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similarBonus points for:Exposure to kernel level DSLs such as Triton, CUTLASS, or TVMExperience bringing up a compiler stack on new or pre silicon hardwareFamiliarity with PyTorch internals and graph level compilationBackground in LLM inference or training performanceContributions to open source compiler or ML infrastructure projectsFull details on the company will be shared once you're through to the next stage.APPLY NOW to discuss further details.5V Tech are acting as an Employment Agency for the purposes of this position.
