Location: GCC (Travel Required)Engagement Type: Project-Based ConsultingAbout the OpportunityWe are a growing GCC-focused advisory firm delivering consulting services across Management Consulting, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit, ESG & Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Internal Controls, and Business Transformation.Our clients include government entities, listed companies, financial institutions, and leading private sector organisations across the GCC.As our practice continues to expand, we are looking for an ambitious Arabic-speaking consultant who wants to build a rewarding consulting career while working on diverse and challenging assignments.Why Join Us?This is not a traditional corporate job.You'll work directly with experienced consultants and senior client leadership, gaining exposure that would typically take years to achieve in larger consulting firms.With us, you'll have the opportunity to:Work directly with CEOs, executive management, and board members.Lead meaningful client assignments across multiple industries.Build expertise across Risk Management, Internal Audit, ESG, Governance, Compliance, and Management Consulting.Take ownership of deliverables instead of performing repetitive support work.Travel across the GCC on client engagements.Grow with a rapidly expanding advisory practice where your contribution truly matters.If you enjoy learning, taking ownership, solving business problems, and working in a fast-paced consulting environment, you'll thrive here.Your RoleYou will support and lead consulting engagements across one or more of the following areas:Management ConsultingEnterprise Risk Management (ERM)Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)Internal AuditESG & SustainabilityCorporate GovernanceInternal ControlsPolicy and Procedure DevelopmentBusiness Process Review and ImprovementYour responsibilities will include:* Participating in client meetings and workshops.* Developing policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and consulting reports.* Conducting risk assessments, internal control reviews, and process evaluations.* Supporting internal audit and governance engagements.* Preparing presentations and client deliverables.* Working collaboratively with project teams to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.* Contributing to proposal development, as may be required.What We're Looking ForFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Should be able to join immediately.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Management, or a related field.Approximately 4–6 years of experience in consulting, advisory, risk management, internal audit, governance, ESG, compliance, or business process improvement.Previous experience in a consulting or professional services firm is preferred.Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CRMA, CISA, GRI, PMP, or ISO certifications are an advantage.Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.Willingness to travel frequently across GCCThis is a project-based consulting opportunity.
