This role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives, providing strategic guidance and consultation to senior leaders on business performance, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, developing recommendations, and creating clear deliverables such as business cases, presentations, and reports. The Principal Consultant facilitates stakeholder workshops and meetings, manages project timelines and resources, and ensures alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The role also mentors colleagues, promotes knowledge sharing, and supports continuous improvement within the consulting function.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, business planning, and enterprise-level problem solving.Proficiency in data analysis, performance measurement, and reporting to inform executive decision-making.Strong skills in project and program management, including organizing complex initiatives and managing stakeholders.Advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences and influence outcomes.Experience in change management and process improvement within large, matrixed organizations.Prior consulting experience in health care or a similarly complex, regulated environment is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Policy, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating across teams and locations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
