You will design and deliver differentiated solutions, lead with impact in the room, and work closely with our Directors and Associate Directors to ensure projects run seamlessly end-to-end and create lasting value.The experiences you build will be immersive and varied, from a half-day session with a leadership team to a transformational leadership journey delivered over several months. Some engagements will be face-to-face, others will be virtual, but every solution will be designed around the organisation in front of you.You will bring structured consulting skills and commercial sharpness to every stage of the work: scoping engagements, shaping differentiated solutions and delivering with a clear understanding of leadership and commercial impact.You will own both client relationships and client outcomes. You will be the person clients call, the one who understands their context and holds the engagement from the first brief through to the final session. Beyond the day-to-day delivery, your opportunity is to uncover value your clients have not yet recognised. By recognising your clients' needs, you will be expected to stay organised, anticipate opportunities and turn insight into co-created solutions that deliver greater impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead engagements with commercial discipline. Own the engagements and commercial outcomes from brief to close. Resource and direct delivery team, matching capability to brief for others to do their best work. Maintain momentum, hold stakeholders to their commitments, and surface risks before they become issues.Design and deliver programs. Build and run differentiated multi-stream solutions. Design client solutions end-to-end, from structuring the work to setting the team up to deliver. Lead the facilitation of high-impact experiences with other experts.Grow the work. Contribute to client meetings, proposals and pitches. Find the next opportunity to add value inside every engagement.Build mastery, in yourself and others. Own your development plan and inspire others through your unique capabilities and learn from theirs. Mentor Consultants on projects, developing their craft and commercial confidence.About youYou are a consultant who cuts through complexity to find distinctive solutions. You have disciplined consulting skills with structured critical and analytical thinking. You have a commercial approach to decision-making balancing margin, risk and opportunity at all times. You are deeply committed to building advocacy with clients who are invested in Maximus’ growth. You bring practical leadership experience, having led or built teams and taken on positions of genuine responsibility.You’ll likely bring:5+ years management consulting experience within strategy, advisory and/or business transformation roles. Demonstrated structured and complex problem-solving and timely execution of high-quality outcomes. Strong documentation across multi-stream programmes.
