Principal Consultant

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Principal Consultant for a full-time, on-site position based in Brisbane, QLD. This role leads complex client engagements, shaping digital transformation and cloud strategies, defining solution architectures, and guiding implementation efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery workshops, assessing current technology landscapes, and developing roadmaps and proposals aligned with client objectives. The Principal Consultant collaborates with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution, mentors junior consultants, and contributes to practice development through thought leadership and methodology improvements. The role involves direct client interaction, stakeholder management, and accountability for project quality, timelines, and financial performance.QualificationsDemonstrated experience leading Digital Transformation initiatives, including strategy development, solution design, and change management.Strong background in Cloud Consulting, with hands-on knowledge of major cloud platforms and migration or modernization projects.Experience delivering Managed Services, including governance, service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and continuous improvement practices.Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences.Track record of leading consulting teams, mentoring staff, and contributing to practice growth or business development activities.Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, architecture principles, security considerations, and integration patterns.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in cloud or project management are advantageous.Ability to work on-site in Brisbane, QLD, with strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to ethical, transparent delivery.
