You will build on existing relationships and live opportunities while continuing to develop your own client portfolio and market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the UAE and GCC.Build a strong network of Legal and HR professionals across the market.Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously.Negotiate offers and successfully close placements.Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.Develop new business opportunities while maximising existing accounts.Maintain accurate CRM records and market intelligence.Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner within the Legal & HR market.
