Your role includes the following:Team leadershipOversee a small team of provisional, registered, and clinical psychologistsProvide guidance, support & mentorship, assisting in performance management, career progression, and business operationsClinical expertshipFacilitate and participate in clinical supervision of client caseload as needed, ensuring the highest standard of care is deliveredUndertake quality assurance activities to maintain and improve service delivery excellencePsychological service deliveryProvide psychological services to a caseload of clients and customers by delivering evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support, including:Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling - offering services to a range of clients, including adults, children and adolescences and couplesOnsite and Critical Incident Attendance - support people at their workplacePrivate / Medicare rebated counsellingCompensation Scheme Work - support our clients with pain related issues, injury adjustment and trauma from an acquired injuryMultidisciplinary Interventions - work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomesPsychological Assessment About YouPsychologist with full registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) Experience leading a team and supporting psychologists is essentialFull Australian working rightsAbility to obtain a national police checkA current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicleApply NowIf you would like to have a confidential conversation before applying or if you're interested in a career with Altius, please email Anna at acaelli@altius-group.com.au.Altius is an Equal Opportunity Employer and an inclusive workforce.
