• Excellent career progression and leadership opportunities.The RoleAs a Principal EIA Consultant, you will take ownership of environmental projects and personally lead the preparation, coordination and successful delivery of EIARs.Key responsibilities include:
• Personally lead and deliver complex EIARs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and specialist consultants.
• Manage project scope, programme, finances, quality and technical delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and EU environmental legislation.
• Lead relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders.
• Provide technical review and quality assurance.
• Mentor and develop environmental consultants.
• Support bids, proposals and business development.About You
• Demonstrable experience personally leading and delivering EIARs – this is a key requirement.
• Strong environmental consultancy and project delivery experience.
• Experience in road or rail is advantageous but not essential; candidates from other environmental sectors are welcomed.
• Strong knowledge of relevant environmental legislation and best practice.
• Relevant environmental, science or engineering qualification.
• Strong technical report writing and stakeholder management skills.
• Chartership is advantageous but not essential.
