• Collaborative and inclusive working environment.The RoleAs a Principal EIA Consultant (Energy), you will take ownership of projects, personally leading multidisciplinary environmental teams and delivering high-quality EIAR and consenting work.Key responsibilities include:
• Lead and deliver environmental projects from strategy through to consent.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and specialist consultants.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, quality and project risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental legislation and policy.
• Lead relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues and support technical development.
• Support business development and continuous improvement.About You
• Ideally 8–10 years’ strong environmental experience.
• Demonstrable experience personally leading and delivering projects.
• Substantial professional experience within Ireland, the UK or EU, with strong knowledge of relevant environmental legislation and best practice.
• Strong EIAR, consenting and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience can come from across the environmental sector; energy or wind farm experience is advantageous but not essential.
