This role leads client engagements in the investment banking services domain, including structuring and delivering advisory projects, overseeing financial and market analysis, and developing strategic recommendations for APAC-focused clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating with client stakeholders, preparing and reviewing pitch materials, reports, and presentations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with client objectives. The Principal will also contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, supporting proposal creation, and building long-term client relationships. In addition, this role participates in internal initiatives such as knowledge development, mentoring team members, and strengthening Taylor & Company’s capabilities in investment banking services.Qualifications Strong expertise in investment banking services, including financial analysis, valuation, capital markets, and transaction advisory.Experience in consulting or financial services with a focus on APAC markets, preferably including client-facing and project leadership responsibilities.Proficiency in creating and reviewing analytical reports, pitch books, executive presentations, and other client deliverables.Demonstrated ability to manage teams, mentor colleagues, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, including comfort with data-driven decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
