Hiring: Principal IOS Engineer

Location: West Los Angeles, CAWork Mode: Hybrid — 3 Days Onsite/WeekWe are seeking a Principal Mobile Engineer to lead the architecture and development of modern, AI-enabled mobile applications.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role (~50% coding) focused primarily on iOS, with working Android knowledge.Required:Principal/Staff-level mobile engineering experience with 10+ years of mobile development and strong recent hands-on iOS experienceExpert Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine; working knowledge of Android/KotlinDatadog, Adobe Analytics, and Azure DevOps — mandatoryStrong ownership of mobile architecture, system design, scalability, performance, security, and engineering standardsExperience with CI/CD, Git, Fastlane, Firebase, automated testing/TDD, and App Store/Google Play releasesREST APIs, OAuth2, cloud-connected mobile architecture (Azure/AWS), mobile analytics, crash monitoring, and production observabilityKnowledge of WCAG/ARIA and accessible mobile developmentExperience partnering with Product, Design, Backend, QA, Data, and AI teams, influencing roadmaps, and communicating technical decisions to senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with AI/ML capabilities and AI-assisted development workflowsPreferred:Fintech, payments, banking, or consumer-facing mobile experienceIdentity verification, push notifications, or mobile payment platformsOpen-source contributions or technical publicationsIdeal candidate: A hands-on technical leader who can own mobile architecture and strategy while remaining deeply involved in production engineering.Interested?
