Principal Operations Consultant

Job DescriptionSeeking a Principal Operation Consultant to lead business growth, drive client acquisition, and manage strategic partnerships. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in revenue generation and team building.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver consulting assignments focused on Operational Efficiency, Process Excellence, and Productivity Improvement.Manage, guide, and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring achievement of project KPIs.Define and achieve consulting outcomes, aligning short-term milestones and long-term strategic goals.Work directly with clients at Director/CXO level to identify challenges and design tailored solutions.Implement process improvement strategies both on-site and off-site.Ensure effective budgeting, resource allocation, and project planning.Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S methodologies to deliver measurable improvements.Drive ERP/SAP/software implementation projects.Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support business growth and continuity.RequirementsMust-have Requirements:15+ years of relevant experience in Operations Consulting, Production, or Process ExcellenceMandatory experience in team handling and leadershipPreferred Requirements:BE / B.Tech / MBA (Operations / Manufacturing / Production / Consulting)In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, operations systems, and strategy implementationHands-on experience with ERP / SAP / software implementationStrong command over Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5SExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel to client sites as requiredRequired Skills:Strategic & Analytical ThinkingStrong Problem-Solving SkillsProject & Team ManagementBusiness Process ReengineeringStakeholder Management & Client EngagementEducation:BE / B.Tech / MBA (Operations / Manufacturing / Production / Consulting)
