Its agent is already live with customers and AI is now the company’s core product strategy - not an additional feature.The roleReporting directly to the VP of Product, the Principal Product Designer will become the design counterpart to the engineering architect - defining how agentic workflows and traditional SaaS interfaces come together as one coherent product.This is a hands-on player–coach role with the influence of an early-stage design leader, backed by the customers and resources of an established scale-up.
