This role is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered workflows thatblend human decision-making with intelligent AI automation, simplifying complex financial andoperational concepts into approachable digital experiences.What will you do?Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end AI-powered workflows, copilots, and conversational user interfaces.Create approval patterns and explainability models that ensure AI recommendations aretrustworthy, understandable, and actionable for enterprise users.Partner closely with PMs and Engineering to simplify robust backend automation intoelegant front-end enterprise experiences.Skills, Seniority Bar, & Portfolio Requirements We are seeking deep, focused product design expertise.Candidates with overly technical backgrounds (e.g., primarily front-end coding) lacking top-tierproduct design craft will be rejected.Seniority & Experience: Must reflect Staff/Principal caliber (e.g., equivalent to Amazon L6/L7). Demonstrated success in leading digital customer experience initiatives in complex SaaS or Fintech.Portfolio Necessity: A clear, accessible portfolio URL is strictly required. Resumes without portfolios will not be reviewed.Case Study Quality: Case studies must dive deep into complex problem-solving. They must not appear as "college project work," but rather showcase enterprise-grade product design that hits all the right professional notes.Aesthetic Integrity: Candidate’s case studies must clearly demonstrate a highly refined visual aesthetic befitting enterprise-tier global brands and products, showcasing mastery of color, typography, layout, and iconography.Prototyping Depth: No bare-bones prototypes. Embedded prototypes must have substantial depth and clearly communicate functionality at every single step.
