Principal Recruitment Consultant - Sydney CBDPitch Technology is a specialist Sales & Go-To-Market recruitment company based in Sydney, helping some of the world's fastest-growing AI companies launch and scale across Australia and Asia Pacific.We're hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Sydney.Why join Pitch?Work with some of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world. Around 90% of our work comes inbound or through referrals, so you'll have every opportunity to earn good commission in your first quarter. But we're still a 360 business, and you'll be expected to get out there and win your own clients too.We only work exclusive or retained. No racing five agencies to send the same CV. No spending 6 weeks on a search to get nothing for it. We become an extension of our clients’ teams, working alongside them as a genuine partner.Commission up to 50%. No complicated schemes or tiny percentages. Perform well and you'll make serious money.No pointless KPIs. We care about outcomes, not arbitrary call or CV targets.Freedom to build your market. Take clients out. Attend events. Jump on a plane. If it helps us win, we'll back you.Join a small, experienced team. We have 40+ years of recruitment experience between us across Australia and APAC.Flexibility. We're usually in our Sydney office 3 to 4 days a week, but you're treated like an adult.We have fun. Monthly lunch clubs, regular team events and bi-annual incentive trips.What we're looking forThis is a senior hire, so you'll need proven agency recruitment experience. You don't need to come from technology recruitment. We'd rather hire a brilliant recruiter from another market than an average recruiter who knows SaaS.You'll probably suit Pitch if:You have a strong track record of billing in agency recruitment.You're comfortable owning the full 360 recruitment process.You know how to headhunt, not just post ads.You're confident speaking with senior candidates and clients.You work hard and move quickly.You're commercially minded and happy to BDYou care about doing things properly.You're obsessed with candidate and client experience.You don't need someone managing your activity every day.Sales, GTM, or SaaS recruitment experience is a bonus, not a requirement.For the right recruiter, this is an opportunity to join us at an exciting stage, work with some incredible clients, make some proper money and play a big part in building Pitch.If you're interested please get in touch - no CV needed, let's just have a chat.
