This role manages property listings, coordinates viewings, advises clients on property sales and rentals, and ensures all transactions comply with regulatory and ethical standards. The Principal Registered Agent supervises and mentors junior agents, maintains strong relationships with clients and partners, and represents the company in negotiations and market engagements. Day-to-day activities include market research, valuation oversight, contract review, documentation management, and ensuring high-quality customer service across all interactions.Qualifications Strong real estate agency skills, including property listing, client advisory, negotiation, and transaction management.Knowledge of local property laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards relevant to the Zimbabwean real estate market.Leadership capabilities to supervise, mentor, and develop a team of agents while maintaining consistent performance standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and handle conflict effectively.Organizational and administrative skills for managing documentation, contracts, schedules, and compliance processes with attention to detail.Analytical and market research abilities to assess property values, track market trends, and support informed decision-making.Proficiency with common office and real estate software, including digital listing platforms and basic productivity tools.Relevant professional registration or licensing as a real estate agent, with prior experience in a senior or principal role strongly preferred.Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to client-focused service in a fast-paced property environment.
