Principal Security Consultant Energy (Oil & Gas) & Critical National Infrastructure

We're seeking an experienced Principal Security Consultant to join our growing Energy & Critical National Infrastructure practice.ESSURA is an independent security and resilience consultancy helping operators of critical energy and infrastructure assets across the GCC make informed, resilience-led investment decisions.This is an opportunity for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong client relationships and enjoys solving complex security challenges in some of the region's most demanding operating environments.What you'll doLead high-value security consulting engagements across the GCC and Iraq.Advise major Oil & Gas and Critical National Infrastructure operators.Deliver threat and risk assessments, security strategies, master planning and security design.Build trusted relationships with clients and engineering partners.Support proposals and help shape new opportunities through your technical credibility.Mentor consultants and help develop our growing regional practice.About youYou'll likely have:✔ 10+ years' experience in security consultancy.✔ Strong expertise within Oil & Gas and/or Critical National Infrastructure.✔ An established professional network across the GCC, ideally including Iraq.✔ Experience leading complex consultancy projects from strategy through delivery.✔ Excellent communication skills and the credibility to advise senior stakeholders.✔ Professional accreditation such as ASIS CPP/PSP or CSyP is desirable.Why ESSURA?We're a growing consultancy with an ambitious vision for the region.
