They're looking for an exceptional Principal Engineer to help shape the technical direction of their entire product engineering organization.This is a high-stakes, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on solving ambiguous, complex problems at scale and wants to have a real seat at the table.What You'll Be Doing:Architect systems that affect large parts of the business, setting the bar for scalability, maintainability, and performanceOwn the technical design and delivery of complex, cross-team projectsDefine technical strategy and drive standards across the engineering orgChampion AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development velocity and establish best practicesMentor senior engineers and serve as a force multiplier for the entire teamPartner cross-functionally with product and business to translate strategy into technical roadmapsWhat They're Looking For:15+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical breadth and depthExpert-level proficiency in TypeScript, Python, GraphQL, and PostgreSQLProven track record delivering high-impact, complex projects for enterprise SaaS applicationsDeep understanding of full-stack development, system design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and KubernetesComfortable leading without formal authority and influencing across teamsHealthcare tech experience and familiarity with HIPAA/HITRUST compliance a strong plusExperience building and deploying AI/ML products a plusWhat You Get:Competitive cash + equity packageMedical, Dental, and Vision benefitsFlexible, paid vacationFlat org structure with direct access to leadershipA deeply mission-driven team doing meaningful work in healthcareThis role requires current U.S. work authorization.
