We’re looking for a senior engineer who uses AI agents to fundamentally change how software is designed, built and delivered.What you’ll doOwn technical architecture and engineering directionRemain hands-on with C#, .NET, React and TypeScriptBuild scalable APIs, microservices and distributed systemsUse AI agents across the SDLCApply Spec-Driven DevelopmentTurn requirements into technical specifications using AIReview and validate AI-generated codeImprove engineering speed, quality and productivityMentor engineers and influence technical standardsBuild cloud-native solutions, primarily in AzureWhat we’re looking forPrincipal, Staff, Lead or strong Senior Software Engineering experienceStrong C# / .NET backgroundReact / TypeScript experienceArchitecture and solution design experienceAPIs, microservices and distributed systemsAzure, AWS or GCPCI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-CodeGenuine AI-native engineering experienceYou should be able to clearly explain how AI has changed the way you build software, including how you use tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex or similar agents to accelerate delivery.Occasional ChatGPT or Copilot usage alone won’t be enough.
