Apply & track with Apply Edge🚀 Principal Engineer – Real-Time Visualization - US Citizen📍 Remote, US | 💰 $275K–$350K base + equity | Full-timeWe’re looking for a Principal Engineer specialising in real-time visualization to help build advanced command-and-control technology for large-scale autonomous systems.This is far beyond a typical frontend role. You’ll own the architecture and evolution of highly interactive interfaces handling real-time telemetry, geospatial data, sensor feeds, mission planning and large volumes of autonomous systems.What you’ll doOwn frontend architecture for a complex real-time command-and-control platform.Build high-performance interfaces supporting large numbers of autonomous systems.Develop visualization solutions for telemetry, sensor data, scheduling and communications.Work directly with operational users to turn real-world requirements into product improvements.Set frontend standards and technical direction across the engineering team.Mentor senior engineers and drive best practices across performance, testing and DevSecOps.What we’re looking for8+ years building complex production frontend applications.Deep experience with React or a comparable modern framework.Proven frontend architecture and technical leadership experience.Strong understanding of performance-sensitive applications and real-time data.Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical direction.Particularly valuableWebGL/OpenGL
