Everything we do centers around this simple story.The opportunityAs a Technology Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.We are looking for Systems Analysts who will translate business needs into clear system requirements and practical solution recommendations for our financial services clients. The team leverages systems analysis, data analysis, data mapping, process modeling, and RESTful service design to deliver well-documented, high-quality solutions. This role provides analysis leadership, requirements governance, and technical leadership across complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe goal is to help clients solve complex business problems by translating business needs into clear, actionable system requirements. You will elicit and document business and system requirements, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, support design through operational readiness, and provide leadership that shapes product roadmaps, influences senior stakeholders, and mentors other analysts.Your leadership and management responsibilitiesAs a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be accountable for how the work gets done as much as what gets built. You’ll set the technical direction for your teams, build the capability of the people around you, and give our clients and senior stakeholders the confidence that delivery is in safe hands.

• Own end-to-end analysis standards and requirements governance and technology roadmaps across complex, enterprise-scale initiatives, and hold the teams accountable for delivering against them.
• Establish analysis standards, requirements governance, traceability, and reusable methods, and make sure they are consistently adopted across engagements.
• Lead cross-team decisions, modernization efforts, dependencies, and technical risk, escalating and resolving issues before they affect client delivery.
• Influence senior client and internal stakeholders, communicating technical direction and trade-offs in terms the business understands.
• Mentor and develop analysts and delivery team members, providing coaching, feedback, and career guidance that helps our people grow.
• Define reusable standards and drive organizational capability improvement, so that each engagement leaves the practice stronger than it found it.
• Apply and champion requirements quality, traceability, and documentation standards across the teams you lead, and translate business needs into clear, well-documented requirements.Skills and attributes for success
• Deep hands-on experience in systems analysis, data analysis, data mapping, and process modeling.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and RESTful service requirements, supported by flowcharts, block diagrams, integration views, and product documentation.
• Support design, testing, implementation, UAT, and operational readiness.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.To qualify for the role you must have
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis and requirements leadership.
• Deep expertise in systems analysis, data analysis, data mapping, and process modeling.
• Experience with RESTful services, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
• Experience producing flowcharts, block diagrams, integration views, and product documentation.
• Strong requirements elicitation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery.
• Proven experience defining analysis standards and requirements governance, and mentoring analysts.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with senior business and technical stakeholders.Ideally, you’ll also have
