The ideal candidate will drive the evolution of both the creative output and the processes, technologies, and capabilities behind it, identifying emerging trends across culture, graphics, technology, and consumer behavior to uncover new opportunities. This role advances AI, creative technology, workflow,and technical execution.**requires 5 days on siteResponsibilities:Monitor trends across fashion, retail, technology, and design to identify meaningful creative opportunitiesTranslate trends into relevant, original, and commercially viable graphic concepts while encouraging thoughtful experimentation with new aesthetics, techniques, materials, and AI-enabled toolsIdentify and test AI, digital design, automation, and emerging technologies that can enhance creativity, efficiency, and productivityDevelop practical tools, workflows, and guidelines that enable successful technologies to be adopted and scaled across the Art organizationOptimize the artwork lifecycle by improving workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, and establishing scalable standards and best practicesPartner with Technology to strengthen systems, automation, asset management, and workflow visibility while maintaining creative flexibilityEnsure artwork is technically accurate, production-ready, and aligned with manufacturing capabilities and standardsExplore new production techniques and collaborate with Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing, vendors, and Global teams to balance creative vision with execution.Connect creative, operational, technological, production, and commercial priorities across Art and partner functions.Identify opportunities, risks, and capability gaps; develop recommendations and business cases; and communicate priorities and progress to leadership.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in apparel graphic design, art, creative development or related fieldStrong understanding of Apparel Graphics8-10+ years of relevant experienceStrong AI skills and experience with AI workflowsAbility to lead cross-functional initiativesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environmentProactive team player with strong initiativeExperience leading innovationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIf this sounds like a good fit, please submit your resume to be considered for this opportunity!We suggest that you ensure you have updated your LinkedIn profile and that you start collecting your references early.
