Mercury Walch values its people and fosters an environment where team members can grow.Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Hobart Area, with flexibility for some work from home.This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Mercury Walch’s print solutions. We are looking for someone who would enjoy the challenge of learning print products and processes and selling a service in one of Tasmania”s great manufacturing companies.Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to specification. The Sales Account Manager will conduct regular client meetings to understand client needs, present solutions, and follow up on ongoing work. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records and contributing to sales strategies that support revenue growth and long-term partnerships.QualificationsStrong account management skills, including experience in managing client portfolios and building long-term relationships.Customer-focused mindset with proven abilities in customer satisfaction and customer service.Lead generation experience and the ability to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.Excellent communication skills..Previous sales or business development experience in manufacturing, or related industries.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating on-site in the Greater Hobart Area and independently from home.Strong organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.Proficiency with MIS software and common productivity toolsValid driver’s license is essentialSalary negotiable on experience.
