Job Title – Printer Repair & Maintenance EngineerType - OutsourcedContract Duration- Long TermSalary – Upto AED 4500Work Location – DubaiMandatory – 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Printer Engineer, Printer Technician, Service Engineer preferably from MFP Industry.Responsibilities:Perform repair, preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of HP printers and related printing equipment.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring printers are restored to operational condition within the required timelines.Install, configure, and troubleshoot printer software, drivers, and related applications.Conduct regular maintenance and identify potential technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.Provide on-site technical support to customers/users across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including installation and configuration assistance.Basic knowledge of networking, printer connectivity, IP configuration, and network troubleshooting will be an advantage.
