Prisma Access Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia x5 days per weekNationality: Saudi Nationals OnlyThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Prisma Access and SASE to support a major enterprise customer in Riyadh.You will work closely with the customer's network and security teams, taking ownership of deployment, troubleshooting, optimisation and ongoing support of their cloud security environment.This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise security transformation programme, supporting one strategic customer.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure and optimise Prisma Access and SASE solutions.Provide hands-on support across GlobalProtect, Remote Networks and cloud security technologies.Troubleshoot complex networking, connectivity and security issues.Support firewall migrations, VPN configurations and security policy management.Work closely with customer engineering teams and provide technical guidance.Manage technical escalations, root cause analysis and incident resolution.Support ongoing improvements, documentation and knowledge transfer.Essential RequirementsSaudi nationality is mandatory.Strong hands-on Prisma Access implementation and troubleshooting experience.Ideally 5+ years in network security or SASE engineering.Strong knowledge of GlobalProtect, PAN-OS, NGFW and enterprise networking.Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.Desirable SkillsCASB, DLP and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).SD-WAN and enterprise firewall migrations.PCNSE certification.Previous Resident Engineer or Professional Services experience.
