HMP Millsike is recruiting Prison Custody Officers to help create a safe, respectful and rehabilitative environment.Salary: £37,818.90 | 42 hours per week | Full training providedOverview of the RoleThis is much more than a security role. You will work directly with prisoners, colleagues and partner teams to maintain safety, encourage positive behaviour and support rehabilitation. No previous prison experience is required - we are looking for people with the right values, resilience and attitude.Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for prisoners, staff and visitors.
• Build positive professional relationships and encourage constructive behaviour.
• Respond calmly and professionally to challenging situations and incidents.
• Support prisoners to engage with education, work and rehabilitation opportunities.
• Work closely with colleagues and partner services to support the daily prison regime.What We Are Looking For
